We currently do not have a minimum order quantity. Contract orders: pricing will be adjusted depending on size of order.
Custom orders will be accepted with 50% down payment and a signed estimate. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and local checks only.
All custom artwork must be submitted in Illustrator format (.ai), or PhotoShop format (.psd), and must be atleast 300 DPI. If PhotoShop is used please include layers, if Illustrator is used please convert text to outlines. See our Artwork Requirements for more in depth details!
Final drafts will be sent via email within a reasonable amount of time after order is placed. Your draft must be approved or acknowledged within 24hr or order may be delayed.
*Independent Vinyl is not responsible for hindrance on production due to delayed approval of final draft. Please carefully review color, dimensions, spelling, and production information.
Changes are limited to the following: Adding additional garments to order, changing graphic color(s). Additional fees and production time may be required.
*No changes are allowed once payment has been made. Any changes will be considered a new order and may be subject to additional fees.
All orders are final. If a cancellation is made to a custom order 50% deposit will be forfeited by customer.
Contract Printing Only
If you are providing the garments for printing, then you must provide detailed description of the garment, including style number(s), color(s), size(s), and quantities. Independent requires at least one additional garment per style in each color if needed for testing ink colors and or printing techniques etc.
Our turnaround is typically 5-10 business days. If you have a specific date you need order to be fulfilled by please let us know. Rush orders will be charged accordingly.
Shipping / Deliveries
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees (if applicable). Customer must inform us when placing the order if the order will be shipped to a specific location. Independent Vinyl & Screen is not responsible for any shipping delays.
We do offer the option of rushing your order. This service may not always be available depending on workload. In order for a rush order to be accepted your work order form has to be filled out and artwork has to be prepped and ready to go. If art is not prepped correctly there will be an additional fee. Rush orders are $50.00.
